Hi Everyone!! Sorry it has been so long since I posted. I have a card today I made for the challenge over at My Creative Time. I made these flowers and leaves from Emma's dies. I am so excited how this turned out. Now there is so much more I wanted to do to this card, but I wanted to keep it simple so you focus more on the flowers and leaves. I wasn't going to do the white gel pen stitching but I really couldn't help myself :) It really needed it. Here is my finished card:
It is hard to see, but I stamped the flowers with a script stamp using versa mark ink. The pearls in the center of the flowers are from Martha Stewart.
Here is a closer look at the leaves. I used Tim Holtz Tea Dye distressed ink to ink around them.
Here is the card before I added the white gel pen stitching. The sentiment is also from My Creative Time 100% Sweetness set. I embossed it with white embossing powder.
Wanna know how I made the flowers and leaves from dies??? Stop by tomorrow for the tutorial. Sorry I don't mean to keep everyone in suspense, but I have run out of time today:(
Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!!

Butterfly Card Using BIC Mark-It Markers
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I am here today to show you a card I made with a butterfly stamp and the BIC Mark-It Markers. Here is my finished card!
The butterfly is from Stampin Up called Stipple Butterfly. I stamped it with Stazon black ink on white cardstock twice. I used 4 BIC mark it markers for this butterfly. I colored the butterflies with 2 shades of blue and went over it with light yellow to give it detail. Some of the yellow turned green and it looks amazing!
One of the butterflies I cut out and placed on top of the other to make it 3-D.
Here is the stamp and markers I used for this project!

Halloween Card using Inkadinkado Stamping Gear
Hi Everyone! I picked up the Inkadinkado Stamping Gear Deluxe Kit over the weekend at ACMoore. I used my 55% off coupon and couldn't resist buying it. I must say I LOVE it. It is really amazing what you can create with one stamp. I was playing with it and LOVED the way this turned out so I made it into a Halloween card. I used ONE stamp and 3 different colors to achieve this fabulous look. Colors I used were: Memento Tuxedo Black ink, Stampin Up Orchid Opulence, and Stampin Up Only Orange. The sentiment is from Studio G.
Here is the stamp I used along with the circle cog.
Using the same stamp and circle cog, I used only 2 colors for this sample and stamped Happy Halloween from Hero Arts in the center.
This product is FABULOUS and you may want to give it a try. I cannot wait to make more projects with this Stamping Gear!!

Altered Journal for Teacher for Back to School
Hi Everyone!! Sorry for the lack of posts lately. I have been busy with back to school stuff and sports!! Now that my kids are going back to school, I will be posting more regularly.
I have a project for you today that my child will be giving the teacher the first day of school. I will also be entering this project in several challenges (see bottom of post).
I purchased this small journal yesterday at ACMoore for $1.00.
All cuts are from Cricut cartridges (see bottom of post). I used my ATG gun and a glue pen to adhere all the cuts down.
The sentiment "My Teacher Rocks" is from My Creative Time. The adorable face is from Peachy Keen Critter Faces Medium. I applied Glossy Accents to the glasses to make them look glossy. I also used my white gel pen to add white dots to the teachers name and apple.
I also covered the pen with red and white twine. And tied a bow with the same twine. I used my ATG gun to adhere the twine to the pen.
I am so happy with how this turned out. You know I have seen this apple and worm so many time and this is the first time I have cut it out! I really need to use my carts more!! LOL
Cricut Cartridges:
Recess - Apple
Create A Critter - Worm
Sesame Street Font - Sunny Days Font
I am entering this in the following challenges:
Peachy Keen - Anything Goes
Really Reasonable Ribbon- Back To School
Fantabulous Cricut Crawl- Back to school (use school supplies)
Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Crafting!!

Star Student Card
Hi Everyone! I want to show you the card I made for a few of my favorite challenges. Here is my card.
Here is a view of the card laying down. If you can believe it, everything on this card was cut out of a white/cream cardstock (except the kraft paper).
I cut the star letters from the Cricut Alphabet cartridge on my E2 machine at 1.25" out of white and colored them with Stampin Up Concord Crush marker. The student font is from the Cursive 101 Cricut cartridge. I used my gypsy to weld and stretch the word. The small stars were punched with a star punch and I used Stampin Up Pear Pizzazz and Peach Parfait ink pads and a sponge dauber to ink them. And I added a gem in the middle. The sheer ribbon is 1.5". I glued the Star letters under the ribbon and glued the student letters on top of the ribbon. I LOVE this look!!
I also punched the larger stars from a punch using the white/cream cardstock . I used the stampin up 3 colors to stamp the Peachy Keen Faces. I chose the Snowmany Faces assortment set 3/4" size. I also used the ink pads and sponge daubers to get the colors on the stars.
Just look at the Peachy Keen face. Isn't it ADORABLE!!! The brown kraft paper is from my stash and I LOVE LOVE LOVE how it looks like corkboard.
I am sooo proud of this card ! It looks 100 times better in person!
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Peachy Keen - Color inspiration
Cardz TV - Back to School
Really Resonable Ribbon - Bling and Ribbon
Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!!

Mix It Up Monday - STV12MON28 - Make it a Double at StampTV
Hi everyone!! I have been a HUGE fan of StampTV and watch the videos on youtube. LOVE the videos! This is my first time participating in their challenge and I am so excited! The challenge is to Make it a Double. Use one stamp as a focal point and a background. You can find the challenge HERE. Here is the card I made:
I stamped the daffodil image from the Sending Sunshine stamp set from GinaK designs once on white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. This is the image that I colored with my Stampin Up Watercolor pencils and blender pens. It was then cut and embossed with a Spellbinder Nestabililies rectangle die. I also stamped this image several times making a border on another piece of white cardstock as my background. This was stamped using Stampin Up YOYO Yellow ink pad.
I matted both pieces of white cardstock onto black cardstock and then added some black and white twine and a black button.
The sentiment is also from the Sending Sunshine stamp set.
I LOVE the way this card turned out and am having so much fun coloring with my pencils!

Rainbow Card - Remember to Smile!
Hi Everyone! I have a card I made for two of my favorite challenges - Peachy Keen Stamps and Cardz TV!!
I cut the rainbow and clouds from the Cricut Once Upon A Princess cartridge. I sniped off the stars and used the rainbow as a base for my twine. I ran the rainbow through my xyron and added the twine. I did grab the wrong blue from my drawer. I used the darker blue with the kraft instead of the light blue and white. I added 3 pink buttons to the side and adhered pink twine around the card. The sentiment is from Hero Arts and is stamped with Memento Tuxedo black ink. I usde pop dots for the clouds and rainbow.
Look at those adorable Peachy Keen faces. These faces are from the Princess Assortment Faces size 1". I stamped them using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
