See D's Stamps

Hi Everyone!  I bought these stamps at Crafters 2000 craft store.  They are See D's lil stamps.  They are self adhering to clear blocks.  I paid $0.25 per pack and I really like them.  They give you that crisp image.   I was able to store several packs in one cd case.

Sweet Baby Layout

Hi Everyone!  Today I have a sweet baby layout using DCWV Nana's Nursery cardstock.  The baby's dress matched perfectly with the green in the cardstock.  I really wanted to put "berry sweet" somewhere on this layout but I wasn't sure where to put it.  I may put it on the layout later on.  I used the Martha Steware writing pen to outline the letters.  They didn't show up very well even after inking them so I outlined them with the pen to help them stand out better.  I used my gypsy to weld the words together.

Gift Card / Treat Holder

Hi Everyone!!  I fell in LOVE with the new die Emma from My Creative Time came out with.  It sold out so quickly and I needed a gift card holder so I had to turn to my WONDERFUL Gypsy!  This was really easy to make.  I used the gift card image from Cindy Loo Cricut Cartridge and the top is from Storybook cricut cartridge.  I welded them together and that is it.  I did make one for gift cards and one for treats.  The treat one is a little smaller and I didn't cut out the slits for the gift card on it. (The one pictured has the slits cut out and I didn't like them so I hid them with my gypsy).

The one on the left is the gift card holder and the one on the right is the treat holder.

Both of these are the gift card holders.  The birthday wishes has the corners rounded, is inked, and has a bigger lip to hold it closed.  The thinking of you is just the straight gypsy cut.

You can also stamp to and from on the inside.  I forgot to get a picture of that.  Also you can decorate the outside.  Imagine all the possiblities!!  I am really happy how these turned out.  I have also designed some other holders with different tops using my gypsy.  When I get the chance to test cut them, I will post them.

Recipe:

Double sided pattern paper
Glue dots (to hold treat in place)

Fabulous FISH BOWL card

I did this super cute card that I want to share with all of you.  I used the Cricut Cartridge Animal Kingdom and used my gypsy to weld the fish bowl together.  I shaded the fish and pop dotted them up and they are soooo adorable!!   I also cut a fish bowl out of the acetate (i think that is what it is called).  Please look at all the photos.  Some have the acetate on the bowl and some do not (because of the glare).  I also took some photos without the shading on the bowl and the sentiment just to give you an idea of what it looks like without a sentiment.  Completed card is the last photo.

 COMPLETED CARD!!!

This was so easy to make and I LOVE how it turned out!!!!

Simple Card using Stampin Up Punches

Hi everyone!!  Sorry it has been sooooo long since I last posted.  With the kids back in school, I am ready to CRAFT!!!

Todays card is super simple.  I used 4 stampin up punches for this card.  I don't know the exact names of the punches but one is a corner punch, I believe the other is the ticket punch, circle punch, and the one with 3 blossoms.  I only used one of the blossoms from the punch.  I punched them in pink and white and layered them.  I finished them with a yellow brad.  You could easily find similar cuts on a cricut cartridge if you don't have the punches.

Recipe:

pink, white, and yellow cardstock
4 stampin up punches (see above)
Happy Birthday stamp
Pink ink pad

Please stop by tomorrow to see an AMAZING card!!
